I am curious if there exists a gouldian finch with a color combo of red head, white breast and blue back?
If you cant see where I am going with this, I wanted a Red, White and Blue gouldian that was male... so I can name him Chuck Norris, the all American finch. He would most certainly be the baddest finch out there
But seriously, does this color combo exist?
Goulds, Owls, Gold Breasts, Stars, Zebras, Societies
An obscene number of chicks and eggs
And an incredibly rare St. Goldena Breast finch
Anyone want some finches???

That is too funny! Can't help you, don't know much about Gouldian colors at all.
3 Purple Grenadiers, 1 Goldbreast + 1 cat.

It does exist, but with the blue mutation, the bird would have a salmon colored head.....not the red you're used to seeing in Gouldians.

I actually have one of this combination. The only thing is the red head is more beige or light grey in color. On the blues red and yellow do not show.
They are really beautiful birds - just can't see the red.

Sorry Jordan, his days are numbered unless he has a change of heart. He chases all the birds from all 3 top perches, in other words, he thinks he owns all 3 top perches. njp

No, believe me I understand. Not a fan of Zebras myself due to this reason.

Regardless of how they act, i hold a special place for those little Zebs. They got me interested in the finch world and I would not get rid of my pair at all. I have learned to deal with them and the boys craziness by knowing when to separate him from his mate and babies and, of course, they have their own flight cage with divider. The dad gets separated after a clutch feathers up. . Also, I only let them breed when I have an outlet for the offspring.
So knowing how to handle these little guys is important. After that, they are a joy to have an THE EASIEST to breed. Its like, take 2 zebra, add 3 drops water and 15 seeds and put in a box. Shake. 2 weeks later, babies!!!
Anyways, if you really are that annoyed with him and you really want to get rid of him, you can ship him to me. I will take care of him.

I absolutely agree with Chris.
Anytime things seem to get a slow in the cages. Put 2 zebs together and voila.....activity.
Without my first experience I don't even know if I would have the birds that I have now. Boy would my house be quiet.
