Probiotics Question

Post by Finchy_Artist » Tue Jun 16, 2009 1:27 pm

How long should I give probiotics after a round of antibiotics? Unless I overlooked it on the container it doesn't have directions for length of treatment.

Thanks in advance! :-)

I do 10 and 10. 10 day treatment and 10 day probiotics. Thats what the paperwork says that came with my probiotics.

7 should be good too. But too much wont hurt either. Its like if you ate too much yogurt. no problem.

I agree with 10 days. It isn't on my bottle but like mentioned is stated in the paper instructions. Probiotics are safe so it is knid of hard to overdo.
I am so glad your guys are healthy again :D

I use the Morning Bird brand..

It has all of the active probiotics of the other brands and for obvious reasons I choose this one over others ;)
