I'm not an expert but I think you have two canaries and a Green Singer finch there. They look like real beauties too but not quite a beautiful as your aviary. Great job!!

What a great thing to do... continue your Grandfathers love of canaries.
They look to be Norwich canaries. Possibly Border canaries. The norwich are usually stockier in build much like the glousters. They have a rather round appearance. Borders are a little more elongated through the neck and body. You have 2 red factors and 1 varigated. The males sing, females chirp. Beautiful birds they are.

Would just like to know if I can keep blue faced parrot finch in this avairy with my birds or is to cold in the winter for them.
Been told that owl finches wouldn't go with my three little one's, they are a predator bird.
Defenty going to get a per of zebra finches.
Is there any other birds that come to mind that I can keep that look exotic that I can keep?
My Wife is from Asia is there any bird from there that I may keep?

Predator? Owl finches???? Owl finches are
passive and your canaries should get along fine with them. Neither are predatory...
I have a pair of canaries in a flight cage with spice finches, society finches, and african silverbills. But canaries will get along with most finches that are good tempered so there are many other finches they could be housed with.

the only things that need to be scared of owl finches would be termites/mealworms and maybe the occasional moth
Addicted to Finches, yes I do admit it.
I pray they never find a cure.
