That was the one that caught my eye when I was at Casey's. I was a 'gonner' when I saw him (and thought it was a she!).

Now I'll get the band information which I already know is an AACC band from 2008; and email the AACC for information on the breeder! Only to find out where abouts this bird is from - curiosity...

You think they border hopped? Perhaps delivery by carrier pigeons? Surely the air to ground missiles would have taken them out at the border.
Goulds, Owls, Gold Breasts, Stars, Zebras, Societies
An obscene number of chicks and eggs
And an incredibly rare St. Goldena Breast finch
Anyone want some finches???

I would have suggested "Snow White and her Prince" but... well... they have the wrong sexes for that.

Most definitely NOT leaving you out Craig (hope I spelled it right)! Just waiting for you to jump in when the time is right. Janine and I can't do anything anyway until our birds prove themselves - Janine's Gouldians and my Shaftails.

Now I know you have at least one Gouldian  - remind me what other birds you have...?

Liz, If you recall yesterday I mentioned that my shaftails were building on a new nest....well...too late little miss already started laying eggs. =D> This time around though they aren't letting the little ones sleep in the nest with them. All for the best though, they are almost ready to move out to their new homes. :(

My gosh Liz...with all your new birds how do you find time to post on FinchForum...lol! You should move the computer right into your bird room....that would be the best of both worlds! :D

You are collecting more birds...I am just collecting more cages....we need to get together!

I guess I should sign my signature:
2 Owls 2 Societies and 4 Empty Cages
