Firefinches good fosters... i wouldn't say that. Most of us really struggle getting them to not reject the hatchlings. Maybe after a few successful clutches it might be possible.

I admit I was a bit puzzled when I read it also, because that didn't seem to be what everyone else was saying. Thanks for clarification.

**You know what, I misquoted. It didn't say they make 'good fosters', it said, 'they can be used to foster other finches'. My bad. :oops:

Canary: Blue, Red & Yellow, BC Cordon Bleu, Strawberry, Star, European Goldfinch, Owl, Shaftail, Splendid, Rosey Bourkes, Cocker Spaniel gal, Portuguese Water guy, and a freshwater tank. (no partridge, but I do have a pear tree).
