I get my cod liver oil at Walmart, it is made by Spring Valley, and the label says 'great tasting, orange flavor'--I'll take their word for it!

I get my wheat germ oil, made by Viobin, at a local health food store, but call before you go. Of 3 health food stores I checked, only 1 carries the bottle of oil, the others had the capsules.

I add both to my eggfood, and that stays out all day (sometimes till the next morning). I keep the bottles of oil in the refrigerator.

Yes, I shake both bottles well before using them. I just worry about it going rancid once I open a bottle, since they are oils.
