is there a how-to post somewhere? Cause I'm not very good with making anything. Well, I did make my hamster's cage but it's not very good and still cuts me.

I'm sure others may post links to other designs as well, but that's a start for some ideas!

I finally got around to figuring out how to post pictures. Once I have a little more time I can post pics of some of the cages I built. I don't know if that would give you any help or ideas.

You might also find this link usefull.

I FOUND ONE! I found a cage that's 30 x 18 x 18. I think that's good. Right? It's the only one they had for small birds.

30 x 18 x 18 is a good sized cage. Your birds will thank you. :)

It's all set up but I don't have a good working camera right now. I'll have to wait to borrow one from the school like I did last time. So pictures on tuesday or something.

Do birds get bored....

I grow some of their seeds to a plant that's about a foot high. Like the grain plant. When the plant starts to produce it's own seeds, put the plant in the cage bearing the seeds and they have to try to get the seeds as if they were in the wild. Like forraging. It keeps soooo busy. I never realized how much team work the Society finches have. They are little worker bees.
