Watercress

Post by cindy » Thu Nov 05, 2009 9:21 am

Has anyone used watercress before. I was thinking of chopping the leaves with cucumber, carrots and baby romaine.

I tasted it and it is slightly bitter but not bad.

I have not used watercress. Is there much nutritional value? Should I go out and buy some?

I saw something about giving watercress on one of the gouldian sites so I thought I'd try it...if they don't like it I can always make sandwiches with it. Tea anyone?
