Those are beautiful. One of my favorites.... I have thought once I am satisfied with some of the species I am studying now and move on to study others I would like to give these a try. I will be watching to see how they do for you. How exciting. Again...Beautiful :D

Liz, they are beauties! I love the Firefinches. I have the Red Billed FF. Mine are very skittish, also. Good luck with them, the color and pictures are wonderful. :)

They are very nice Liz. I love those birds. I ALMOST got a pair and actually had them in my cage, but decided on the Jameson instead.

Liz I knew you were going to give in. They look great! They are a bit skiddish but they calm down a little in no time.

Very nice Liz!! I got to see these in person, very beautiful birds. I wasn't sure in Donna's post if you were talking about the new gouldians you got recently or you really did get a new pair ;)

Congrat's and best wishes with them!

Thank you all very much! These actually were at the birdshow I was at in the beginning of November. They were shown and took first place (but since they were the only ones of their type - it was a bit too easy).

Thank you FD and Meagan! I love the muted grey/red combination!

I've decided to name them: France and Paris! :D He looks like he could be from France and Paris... just fits! =D>
