Yes :)

But it really is a "lilac" color for my favorite Lilac Breast color on a Gouldian. :)

I'll take more pictures of the color during the high noon daylight hours - I love the color with the wall and ceiling colors. The beam and the opening of the sky lights is the lilac color :D

We actually finished something this weekend!!! The FRP panel is up and completely finished!!! =D> =D>

Now all we need is the wire panels :?

Where can I find avian wire in 84" rolls? Prefer the wire to be pvc coated and not just regular galvanized.

The birds don't show up as good with the coated wire ,you can paint the hardware cloth type wire before you install it pretty easy with a roller, just a thought :)

Did you want to order it? This site has wire starting at page 10. Page 11 has the coated wire. John gave me this site a while back I saved it to my favorites, they have alot of products for building cages.

Misty your bird "resort" is very nice. :) They will really like all the space. I can't wait to see it with all your birds in it! Great job! =D>

Misty, what type of coated wire are you looking for? I do have a big(!) roll of black coated wire mesh that my husband and I wanted to use for an outdoor aviary. But since the plan is now almost 3 years just ... well, a plan... ;-) and we are happy with our indoor aviary we will probably never build it. We did use the mesh for the door of our indoor aviary and it looks great there. No problem seeing the birds just fine.

I would be not too far from you I guess, I live in Alpharetta, GA. And since we want to get rid of the mesh anyway I could give it to you much cheaper than you would get it online, I'm sure. You can PM me if you want details about the wire mesh and I can provide you with detailed pictures.

You can see the door of my aviary with the coated wire mesh in my old pictures from the construction here: http://picasaweb.google.com/udmoran/MyAviary# (Pix 2 and 4 show the wire mesh door.)
Walk-in aviary with Waxbills (6 Cordon Bleu, 3 Orange Cheek, 3 Black-rumped, 1 Lavender, ), 1 European Goldfinch, 4 Gouldians, 2 Spice Finches, 6 Owl Finches, 4 Budgies and 2 male Button Quail.
I also have 2 parrotlets, 3 dogs, 1 snake and 3 freshwater fishtanks.
