last fire finches left yesterday to another breeder , i got an offer that was to crazy to reject .

and this male zebra moved in ( female was hiding for the camera sorry ) , they are beautiful and so huge , twice the size of a society #-o

Cool looking Zeeb. Your male's coloring looks to be on the lighter side, do you know what mutation he is? I'm guessing either a Lightback or a Continental CFW.

i know the dutch mutation name for it but the english :shock: :shock: i dunno ... here they got the official name as pastel / fawn backs .. color should be reduced to 50% on the back , the rest should be normal color altho the black parts always go down a bit in color .

Kind of a two tone effect? Don't think we have that mutation over here in the States. Very striking. Is the female the same mutation?
