Hey,
I was curious if an upper respitory system infection is contagious to the other birds?
I don't think I spelled everything right there...
Anyway... my female gould has been seperated from the aviary for one week on medications and a good diet under heat. She is still sneezing??? Can I put her back in or still wait? She misses her friends!

Most causes of upper respiratory problems are infectious and potentially contagious. I would keep her separate until she recovers.

Well how many more days would you suggest before taking her to the avian vet to see if it is something else?
Also, what does a female gouldian chirp sound like? Because maybe i'm confusing sneezing sounds with her regular chirp?

If an avian vet is an option and she really is sneezing, the sooner you can get her in the better (since she may need antibiotics and the vet will have a better selection than what is available over the counter).
This is a recording of a gould hen chirping:
