My birds love Biocal and PVM from the APC. I also buy a mineral pic block and those bells you hang on the side of cages- the ones with iodine and calcium from "tweeta bird products online". Thanks. the label does say wood charcoal, nothing else. It does look like black wood from the bag, but think I'll play it safe and purchase some charcoal.
