I don't know about sunflower oil, but I wouldn't use corn or soybean oil. Both corn and soybeans tend to be genetically modified and heavily treated with pesticides.
My husband and I are both vegetarians, so we eat tofu (made from soybeans) about once a week, and I make sure it's GM-free and organic.

Scroll down and they talk about the benefits, great source of vitamin E and D. I just bought some, but am going to continue studying before giving it to my fids.
