I don't know about sunflower oil, but I wouldn't use corn or soybean oil. Both corn and soybeans tend to be genetically modified and heavily treated with pesticides.

My husband and I are both vegetarians, so we eat tofu (made from soybeans) about once a week, and I make sure it's GM-free and organic.

What about SAFFLOWER oil..?

and recheck for Codliver Oil..! (I think it should be used in very very little amounts while comparing with other oils)

Scroll down and they talk about the benefits, great source of vitamin E and D. I just bought some, but am going to continue studying before giving it to my fids.
