im a right in thinking birds can get ticks growning on them?
if so how can you get rid if they are on them?
just getting info incase sumet bad happens
and are they white things?

Ticks? Not usually. A bird with parasites like that usually has other problems that led to them. They can get mites but actually even those are not super common, and normally you can't see them.

Had one on my dog once, gross thing. Looked like a ball of blue tack the size of a pea. Apparantly you are supposed to hold a lighted cigarette next to them so they let go but I wouldn't want to try it! We covered it in flea shampoo and it eventually let go. They burrow their mouthparts under the skin of their host and if you pull em off they leave bits behind that can get infected. Yukky yukky. Its normally mice and hedgehogs and things that get em.
