Alec, that looks like a 30" long cage? I'd say no...just the one pair.
By the way, it also has too many perches in it. One at each end is better, to encourage them to fly. Also, it would be better to replace the dowels with natural branches to give them more exercise for their feet.

I agree - just the one pair. Remove the divider and let them have the whole cage (after you remove the two middle perches). Also real branches would be much better than those dowels for their beaks and feet.
I removed all the dowels from my cages as soon as I got them home (or never used the ones that came with the cages I put together). Lots of good branches that vary in size outside that I could cut from my yard and bring in.

They are like kids - they need exercise and by exercise - I mean birds need room to fly. Cramming them into 15" cage is no good for them and they will not be happy at all. They will survive but not happily. We all want our birds to be as happy as possible. Exercise and a good diet = healthier and happier birds.
